    Moderate noise and vibration disruptions are expected as construction progresses.

    Fourth Avenue Southwest between Center Street West and Second Street Southwest in Rochester, Minnesota

    Construction notice: Road closure 
    Date: Starting July 26, 2025 

    Starting July 26, underground utility work will extend north temporarily closing sections of 4th Ave NW between 1st St SW and W Center St. A temporary two-way traffic pattern will be in place on 4th Ave NW between 2nd St NW and 1st St NW, allowing local access and enabling vehicles to exit the Graham Parking Ramp by heading north.
